This was the last piece written for the album. Gerard finished writing the lyrics on the flight to the studio in London. In it, he also refers to the originally planned album title "Labyrinths & Pyramids" before it was dropped again after Clive Nolan insisted that Teenage Sweethearts should be on the album. After that, the album was called "Neronia", after the female protagonist of the song.
